So whether you're near or far within the state, quality counseling is just a click away!

  • We understand life can be hectic. That's why we've designed our services to fit into your schedule, not the other way around. Online therapy is our go-to approach to support you in the best way possible!

    First things first: Find a comfortable, private spot to talk openly. All you'll need is a device with a camera, a microphone, and a stable internet connection.

    Rest assured, your privacy is our priority. We use a secure video conferencing platform to ensure our conversations remain confidential. While the format might be digital, the connection and impact are as real as they come.

  • We specialize in providing convenient, high-quality care right where you are, so we exclusively offer online therapy sessions. While we're based in the Austin Neighborhood of Chicago, our virtual format allows us to extend our reach to serve clients throughout Illinois. This way, you can receive the support you need without the hassle of commuting—meaning more time for what matters most to you.

  • Session Fee

    Each therapy session is priced at $155.

    In-Network Benefits

    Good news! We are in-network with Aetna PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and United Health Care PPO. Insurance can be confusing, so we'll happily check your benefit coverage before your first appointment.

    Payment Methods

    We accept all major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for your convenience.

    Out-of-Network Benefits

    Not seeing your insurance provider on our list? No worries! We're considered out-of-network with some other providers. Here's how it works:

    • You pay the session fee directly at the time of service.

    • We'll submit the claim on your behalf to your insurance provider (such as FirstHealth Network Solutions, Cigna, or Alliance).

    • Any reimbursement will be paid directly to you by your insurance provider.

    How to Find Out Your Out-of-Network Benefits:

    1. Call the customer service phone number on your insurance card's back.

    2. Ask about your out-of-network benefits for an "In-Office Outpatient Psychotherapy Appointment" with CPT Code 90837.

    3. Find out how much you will be reimbursed per session.

    4. Inquire if any additional paperwork is needed for reimbursement.

  • By law, if you're not using insurance or don't have any, healthcare providers must estimate the cost of medical services and items.

    You're entitled to a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the total anticipated cost of non-emergency services, along with any associated costs like diagnostic tests, prescription medications, equipment, and fees related to hospital care.

    Your right to receive this Good Faith Estimate in writing should be provided at least one business day before your scheduled service or item. Feel free to request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider—or any other provider you're considering—before scheduling a service.
