Our office is recognized as an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Aetna PPO.

In the case that you are covered by a different carrier or provider network, you'll be responsible for paying $155 (per session) and submitting a request for reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

Please note that we are not a Medicaid provider.

Our Client Intake Process

Taking the first step toward therapy shouldn’t be complicated.

Our process is mostly done via the website and email, so you can focus on getting the care that works for you—without the hassle of phone tag.

If you need help, we’re just a phone call away.

You’re in control of picking the therapist and time that fits your schedule.

If you plan to use insurance, it usually takes us 24-48 hours to check your coverage during business hours, Monday through Friday.

Choose a Therapist or Go with the First Available

All of our therapists are experienced in helping with concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Step 2

Complete Intake Form

Our Intake form helps us get to know you and verify your insurance (if you're using it).

We’ll review your out-of-pocket costs and confirm that you're comfortable with them before finalizing your appointment, so everything is clear from the start.

Step 3

Look Out for Our Email

After we review your Pre-Screener, we will email you the out-of-pocket cost if you're using insurance.

If the cost works for you, we'll send a link to complete the required paperwork in SimplePractice.

Keep in mind the paperwork must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment, or we will have to cancel.

If anything changes, or you have concerns about your coverage, just let us know!
